The project consisted of the rain harvesting to meet the domestic water requirements of the water
closets and urinal in the toilet rooms located in a public park.

Our scope of services included providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection services for the design and construction phases of the project.

Design of mechanical & electrical system and construction phase services for the renovation of a 60 unit residential apartment complex. Performed calculations for compliance with ASHRAE 90.1 Received the 2007 Historic Preservation Project Award from Baltimore Heritage Foundation.

The project included an administration building, head house, green house and pump building. Rain harvesting was utilized to provide irrigation water to the greenhouse

Structural & MEP engineering services for renovations of an existing building and two-story and three-story additions to an existing police station building. Provided structural design for a Green Roof for the addition.

Structural, mechanical and electrical engineering services for a new two-story office building and a detached maintenance building for a public housing agency. The building was designed with a goal of achieving a LEED Silver Certification.

The Watkins Tennis Administration Building is a single-story structure housing two multi-purpose rooms, an aerobic room, Green-Tech Center, area, reception, flexible/prefabrication area, office and restrooms.

Structural & MEP engineering design and construction phase services for renovation of the existing building and addition consisting of an indoor pool, locker rooms and administrative areas for the existing school. Designed an energy recovery system for the space in order to heat the pool.
