Architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical engineering services for the renovation of two existing bathrooms at an existing lodge.

• Provided construction documents for making one of the two existing bathrooms ADA compliant. Specified new plumbing fixtures, light fixtures, baseboard heaters, exhaust fans and architectural accessories for both bathrooms. 

• Performed field survey to determine whether proposed walls to be removed were load bearing or non-load bearing walls. 

• Provided architectural drawings for enlarging one bathroom in order to provide an ADA compliant water closet, shower and sink. 

• Identified which existing door openings needed to be increased in order to comply with ADA requirements. 

• Modified sanitary, vent and domestic cold/hot water piping. Sanitary/vent and domestic water piping riser diagrams were prepared. 

• Provided a construction cost estimate.
