Mechanical engineering services consisting of the survey of the existing indoor swimming pool filtration/heating and plumbing system and providing recommendations for compliance of the drainage system in accordance with the applicable Maryland COMAR requirements.

Structural survey, investigation and preparation of report for identifying and repairing a leak at the existing indoor swimming pool with a depth ranging from 2 ½ feet to 9 feet in a school building.

Field investigation and survey of existing site conditions including the pool leakage monitoring and observations of the leakage rate over an extended period and under various water fill conditions.

Preparation of report consisting of the evaluation of the pool leakage based on the results of the leakage monitoring and observations, identification of the likely source of leak, recommendations for investigative and corrective measures and repairs, existing pool drawings and details, monitoring records and charts, and related repairs cost estimate.
