The training facility is a standalone building located in the Roxbury Correctional Institution in Gaithersburg, Maryland.  Our scope of work included performance of electrical engineering services for replacement of the existing fire alarm system.

Surveyed the existing building to observe and record the existing fire alarm system throughout the building.

Prepared the electrical drawings showing the new fire alarm system for the entire building.  Coordination with the institution personnel were performed for the remote notification and monitoring of the fire alarm system.

The cost estimate for the replacement of the fire alarm system was prepared.

Construction phase services including the site visits, review of the shop drawings submittals, responses to the contractor’s questions and preparation of the punch out list were performed.
