The Compton Bassett Chaple is a two story Historic Federal-Style located in the Marlboro area in the Prince George’s County, Maryland.  The interior and exterior of the building was totally renovated in accordance with the building historic guidelines.  Our scope of work included providing construction management accordance services for this project.

Reviewed the construction documents provided by others for the total renovation of the chapel.

Visited the site throughout the construction phase to observe the contractor’s work progress in accordance with the construction documents.

Reviewed the project schedule submitted by the contractor to assure timely completion of the project and coordinated with the owner.

Reviewed the change orders submitted by the contractor and provided recommendations to the owner.  

Prepared the punch out items upon the completion of the construction, coordinated with the owner and the contractor.
