As a part of major renovation at the Lexington Market which is a historic marketplace in downtown Baltimore, the exterior lighting needed to be provided.  Our scope of work included providing electrical engineering services for the replacement and addition of the exterior light at the Lexington Market.

Surveyed the existing site and reviewed the available drawings to record the existing exterior lighting.

Review the architectural drawings for the proposed renovation to determine the location and type of the exterior lighting to serve for functionality and aesthetics.

Coordinated the exterior light fixture selections with the architect and performed the required lighting calculations.

Prepared the electrical drawings showing the exterior light fixtures and the required power and controls.

Provided the construction phase services including the site visits, review of the shop drawings submittals and responses to the contractor’s questions.
